Urbanization and centralization of power in large cities, as well as explosive population growth in poor countries, have brought the earth’s nature into a catastrophic state.
A de-urbanization and a decentralization of power and a reduction of the population in poor countries, will be able to restore the earth’s natural balance. In order to implement a de-urbanization, a decentralization of power, self-governing collective societies must be established. The self-governing collective societies must be sustainable and have a self-sufficient production of food that is grown co2 sustainably and organically, which can be implemented with the following measures:

The Self-Governing Collective Sustainable Community (SGCSC) is created as a private extended family, where the joint economy is calculated according to bonus points, which are distributed after participation in joint work. Economy legislation vis-à-vis the surrounding society and state, is calculated according to laws applicable to an extended family. Income earned externally outside SGCSC is divided and attributed to 2 accounts, 50% for own consumption and 50% to a lifetime account in SGCSC. Each resident has an individual account covers pension, health insurance, housing, food and common expenses in SGCSC. The life insurance account is calculated in bonus points, which are awarded after participation in internal joint work or converted amount earned by external work. A housing group in consists of 7 housing units and SGCSC is made up of 7 housing groups. The 7 housing units in a housing group are inhabited by different age groups, so that the housing units can be arranged according to age-related needs. 1. 22-28 year, 2. 29-35 year, 3. 36-42 year, 4. 43-49 year, 5. 50-56 year, 6. 57-63 year, 7. 64 year – as pensioner housing. 
The birth rate must be sustainable in relation to the global environment, so the sum for the entire SGCSC, which corresponds to 2 children per female resident.
The homes are designed as sustainable plus + homes, with solar collector roofs and roofs and tiling or asphalting must collect rainwater, so that each housing group contributes to a positive CO2 account for the entire SGCSC. The housing group changes housing according to wishes and needs. The homes, which are furnished and have a size that suits the age needs, have been built so that they are environmentally sound and maintenance-free during the number of years it is estimated that there will be a rotation or replacement of residents e.g. 10 -12 years. On the outside, the homes are made of maintenance-free materials with a lifespan that aims to be at least 70 years. Each resident/family owns a share of a housing group, which constitutes a 7th part of the total value, corresponding to the resident’s/family’s deposit.
Each residential group has its own food production and also participates in joint food production and other work for SGCSC. Internal production is created in SGCSC for all relevant subject areas, so that sustainability is strengthened and external work is limited as much as possible.
SGCSC’ common area is furnished with equipment and rooms that meet the residents’ needs, for what is not practical to have in the housing groups themselves.
SGCSC-CO2 accounts must be positive, this is achieved by absorbing more CO2 than is emitted to the atmosphere, this is done, among other things, second by producing more renewable energy than SGCSC consumer, the total CO2 account will thus be positive for the global environment.
